See Setting the ports used by the Klocwork servers. The TCP/IP port in the license file has been changed. However, see Setting the host name of the Klocwork servers if the name of the machine hosting the License Server has changed, or if you want to change how the host name is defined (for example, from a simple to a fully qualified host name). If you need to move the License Server to another host, you must contact Klocwork for a new license file. You cannot change the physical host of the Klocwork License Server in the license file. The license file must have the extension.
If you are using the FlexNet Publisher server packaged with Klocwork, the license file must be in the following directory: /licenses If you are running a corporate license server (not the Klocwork License Server), see Using your organization's FlexNet Publisher server. The license file is not in the correct location. If you are running a corporate license server, look at the logs on that server to determine the cause of the failure. If the server does not start and you are not running a corporate license server, check /logs/license.log for error messages.
If kwservice check reports that the License Server is not running, you need to start the server. The License Server (lmgrd) has not been started yet
